ABOUT ME

Passionate About Inspiring Others

Hi! My name is Nicole Vermolen and I founded Calibrate Hospitality Service Training in 2018.

After 10+ years in Hospitality Higher Education, I still get as excited today as I did back then to see people learn and grow because of my drive to teach the skills needed to be successful in the Service Industry. The network I have been fortunate to evolve in has been key to shaping me into who I am today (thank you!).

I am proud that with the help of my peers and the confidence they all instilled in me, I started Calibrate, a Hospitality Service Training LLC. The focus of Calibrate will be on the use of my capabilities to design and execute Hospitality Service Training so you can "calibrate" (adjust, assess and align) service quality in your operation. I guarantee the ROI will be significant!
